Recurring and lifetime billing
Monthly and annual memberships are available separately from lifetime purchases. Recurring memberships automatically renew until canceled; annual amounts are charged once each year. Manage renewal through the account billing portal. Read the billing explanation and lifetime launch allocation. Paid plans apply to hosted Studio workspaces; direct paid licensing is pending.

Is there a free plan?
Yes. Every registered account starts with 20 authenticated tool requests per UTC day. No payment is required. Connect your sites in the dashboard; the allowance is shared across all your connected sites.
Does a lifetime plan renew monthly?
No. These plans are one-time USD purchases: $1,000, $1,800 or $2,500. They do not create a recurring service subscription.
What does lifetime access mean?
It is access to the operating WPBridge Studio service under the published terms, with no scheduled renewal fee. It does not include WordPress hosting or ChatGPT subscriptions.
What counts toward the daily allowance?
One authenticated MCP tool invocation counts as one request. Listing sites, checking a site or reading a REST endpoint each count when called. Authenticated failed tool calls also count.
When does the allowance reset?
At 00:00 UTC each calendar day. The allowance is shared across your account and does not roll over.
What does Unlimited include?
It removes the product’s daily request quota. Infrastructure capacity, security controls and ChatGPT’s own limits still apply.
Are there separate site-count tiers?
The lifetime offers are differentiated by daily requests, not by the previous 1/5/25-site tiers. Connect sites through the dashboard, and connect only sites you are authorized to manage.
Is ChatGPT included in the price?
No. You use your own ChatGPT account. Connector availability and usage limits are controlled by that service.
Can I connect immediately after paying?
A verified paid webhook activates the purchase entitlement. Connect and verify your WordPress site in the dashboard before making tool requests. Payment changes the allowance on that same account.
Which credentials do I need for a hosted connection?
Sign in to Studio using your Studio website account. In the authenticated dashboard, connect your WordPress site using its HTTPS URL, a dedicated WordPress username and that user’s Application Password. Complete AI-client OAuth separately. Never enter a WordPress Application Password in the AI conversation.
Why might authorization say expired?
A request expires after 15 minutes or becomes consumed after a successful authorization. Start a new request from the existing connector if you need to try again; do not resubmit an old form.
Can ChatGPT change my site without write access?
The bridge’s write tool is omitted for read-only workspaces, and the WordPress companion independently blocks writes in read-only mode. Writing requires explicit configuration and native WordPress permissions.
How are payment details handled?
You enter payment details in Stripe-hosted Checkout. The application processes signed payment events to activate the entitlement; it does not store your card number.
Can I upgrade my allowance?
You may purchase a higher plan at its full listed price. This release does not automatically credit the earlier purchase. The highest active entitlement determines the allowance.
How do I revoke site access?
Revoke the WordPress application password and disconnect the ChatGPT connector. Contact the operator if you also need a workspace suspended.
Are refunds automatic?
Technical support helps customers install and connect WPBridge Studio. If the purchased core connection cannot be made to work despite reasonable assistance from our team, the affected purchase qualifies for a refund. Contact support with the order details and see the technical support and refund policy. Applicable mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. An approved refund deactivates the corresponding entitlement.
What is the difference between direct WordPress and hosted Studio?
Direct mode serves the MCP endpoint on your WordPress site and does not require the separate hosted Studio account. The hosted service connects verified sites through a customer dashboard and its account-wide request allowance. Paid hosted packages do not activate separate paid direct-mode licensing. How can I confirm the WordPress connection really works?
Use the AI client to list the intended site, check its actual URL and user identity, and read a known page or permitted draft. A connection icon alone does not prove API permissions or content-editing access. Review the verification and error steps.

What is a WordPress ChatGPT MCP connector?
It is a connection layer that lets a compatible ChatGPT MCP client discover and request authorized WordPress actions. WPBridge Studio exposes site checks, REST route discovery, supported reads and permission-controlled writes. WordPress user permissions still apply. Can I connect ChatGPT to WordPress without a separate VPS?
The WPBridge Studio direct plugin serves MCP and OAuth from your own HTTPS WordPress installation, so a separate Node.js MCP server is not required. The hosted Studio account is an alternative with its own MCP endpoint and usage plans. Compare direct WordPress MCP setup with hosted installation.
